Check this Monkey out (if the retard - i.e, me - can
post the link :-)....)

One owner 1984/5 528i in Polaris silver with an
OBC. Shame about the chrome arches (Sorry 1066)
and the Metrics, but hey, it's £205 and no reserve. If it
had been a manual I might even have had a go
myself. The 5 speed 528i's were pretty quick.
Anyone else seen this?

Click on the page, then copy and paste the link at the top in the address box, took me a while to get the hang of it.

Its amazing what you can pick these cars up for.

Just as a run around with 12 months mot its worth having, let alone the enjoyment of driving a bm.

Best Wishes

Nigel

E28's look so goddam good in Polaris (sorry for profanity Nigel).

i hope the seller gets a good price for it.

its about time E28's got a bit of recognition.

Looks like a nice cheap run around actually except for the chrome arches

I bet they are hiding some nasties ie the dreaded tinworm!!!!

They would be a good way of repairing the arches and not having to respray the whole car to get the silver to match !
Best Wishes

I agree nigel i will watch this and see what it goes for!!

As long as you repair the arch properly it would be nicer without them on!

Tetley found this A/C equipped 528i E28 - needs jacking points & brake discs etc for MOT.

If cheap enough would make a good fixer-upper project.

Robs & Hiabs welding torches are twitching in anticipation.
